One star is for inviormentaly unhealthy. Rivermont Presbyterian Homes is full of mold. We even had to put up with maggots for a while.The owners, National Church Residences do not care. The sad part is the city knows of all this.The mold was first found in 2006 by Hud. People are sick and a few died with findings of fungial bacteria. The Company just set on the results of postive for 8 types. I know, I lived there. My doctor is still doctoring me from where the mold ate out the lining of my ears and sinuous passages. Remember, mold goes to the bloodstream.
The one star is for very good trash pick up.
Even the Family Homes are full of mold. Professional testing has been done several times and proven positive. Finding a a responsible, knowledgeable Attorney as I finally did is the best way to go , but the A one best you can do is run to a respectable apartment complex.
